This site features an online storefront page (“The Shop”) offering physical and digital creative works from Cosmic Sonics/M. Tyler Orr, including but not limited to books, CDs, digital downloads, and related merchandise.
It also functions as an evolving art portfolio and creative journal, featuring original writing, visual work, and personal commentary.
All items available for purchase or viewing are original works and are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Eligibility
You must be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to access and/or make purchases on this site.You are not permitted to use this website or make purchases if: 1) doing so is prohibited in your country or under any applicable law or regulation, or 2) you do not possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.

3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Orders are processed through Wix Payments and Stripe. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspicion of fraud or violation of these Terms.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days. You will receive tracking information when your order is fulfilled. If your order is delayed or lost, please reach out to cosmicsonics518@gmail.com for assistance.

5. Product Variations
Because our items are produced in small batches through independent or print-on-demand processes, minor variations in appearance, packaging, or finish may occur. These natural inconsistencies are part of the handmade or limited-run nature of our offerings and are not considered defects.

6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of small-batch and print-on-demand items, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

7. Digital Products
If you purchase a digital product (such as a download), it will be available immediately after checkout via a secure download link. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including images, text, products, and designs—is the intellectual property of M. Tyler Orr, unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.
9. Site Changes and Updates
